Turning problems into practical products.
I design and manufacture custom parts, prototypes and practical solutions using CAD and professional 3D printing. From replacing broken components to developing new products, I help businesses solve physical challenges.

From concept to physical proof
Selected Work
Custom-designed components reduced production costs by approximately 70%, while enabling in-house manufacture, a more integrated finish and opportunities for client-specific branding.

01 — Custom manufacturing components
A CNC dust extraction component was reverse engineered and redesigned to support a larger cutter size, improving machine capability, airflow and operator visibility.

02 — Replacement components
A custom 3D printed edging system was developed to overcome limitations in CNC furniture production, enabling cleaner finishes and more complex internal geometries.

03 — Prototype development
Useful design support, from the first question to a working part.
